Debbie Shinskie,
I am Ibclc x 5 yrs though only part-time, and with more time in bf
education and advocacy than clinical practice (am practicing 1-3 d/wk
now).  I could benefit from more training in:
1. sucking dysfunction & therapies
2. expert physical assessment of breasts, palpation of breast structures,
normal variations and abnormalities
3. expert assessment of infant oral anatomy, normal variations and
abnormalities of structures and function
