Howdy!

I am new to Lactnet so this may have already been discussed ad nauseum
but . . . how does the depoprovera shot affect milk supply and when will
the effects show up.  Mom with a 3 1/2 month old baby called.  Had the
shot in mid-Sept - due for another shot at Christmastime.  Said her milk
supply was low.  I always ask about hormonal b.c.  Went over other
obvious things for milk supply but was wondering about this for my
records.  Would the reaction be soon after the shot?  Is it a big problem
at all?  What are you thoughts.
