Hi,

Anyone know of any correlation between breasts looking under-developed
and delay of milk coming in with moms who they themselves were premature.

We have a mom who is beyond a week and in spite of nursing and pumping
frequently round the clock (baby is in NICU), there is no evidence of breast
changes or any fullness. Her breasts are conical shaped with long nipples.
The mom was a premature twin.

Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks,
Tammy Arbeter - [log in to unmask]
