Greetings from the muggy South (Charlotte NC USA)!
   I have almost concluded a session on LCs employed in pediatric office settings for ILCA 
next month.  It would be helpful to hear from you all that are currently practicing in that 
capacity.  Particularly regarding your circumstances:  contracted, employed by clinic, paid
 per consult or hourly (and how much/confidential), office set-up, paperwork/charting, 
peds portion of visit, insurance filing (what level), how you came to be there 
(approached yourself, negotiation) etc. Pros and cons.
   I would also to have more international input.  Please contact me off list with your
