I have been following this thread with great interest, I too think cold
turkey weaning would be terribly upsetting to this two year old. I have a
smile on my face this morning because I nursed my three year old 4 times
during the night.... and I'm tired, but would not consider weaning her....
she needs her "Nee Nees" still very much. I can only imagine that toddler
really needing to reconnect with his mommy at night. His feedings will
indeed space out as surely as he grows up!
