Hi all,

I have been asked to formulate  1-3 question, on Lactation, to be added to
a "Press Ganey" questionnaire  already used by my hospital.  Press Ganey is
an organization that does questionnaires and other things for many
organization.  The questionnaires use the Likert Scale and the information
collected is used in clinical research, focus groups and over all
improvement of the organization, i.e. individual department, Lactation.  

If any of your organizations use a questionnaire like this and have question
on Lactation I would love to hear from you.  It's hard to get questions
added to a form like this and I only have one chance to get it right.

Any help would be appreciated.
