Three wishes, to facilitate client service, and allow more time with the
client, and less time with books and papers:

1. An on-line breastfeeding pharmacology reference service.
2. An on-line data base for complicated consults, with references, options
for management.
3. An on-line service or phone line directly to the supreme lactation experts
to discuss complicated consults.

Too expensive? Are these just far flung dreams?
