Days behind on Lactnet here -- sorry if this has already been stated.
It is possible to be allergic to acetaminophen (Tylenol). My husband
is. He has experienced anaphylaxis after mistakenly being prescribed
acetaminophen in a combination medication.

If there is any doubt about the almond butter, the mom could try
tahini (sesame seed butter) instead. The kind made from roasted, not
raw, seeds has the most nutty flavor.
