I have no other ideas on this other than the ones already mentioned, but I
wonder why this was not looked for during pregnancy. I imagine some hcp that
she saw during prenancy must have seen it or mother told it to or whatever.
Especially since it was there already before pregnancy I would suspect it to
be pathologic and have it thouroughly checked.
