What I have been using with my patients is 600 mg/capsule, 2 caps twice daily. It is AMAZINGLY effective. Mother's report increase in breast fullness, milk supply increasing. There are no studies on its effect - does it increase prolactin levels, does it work on the prostaglandin pathway, does it inhibit PIF? All I know is anecdotally. Some moms who were on fenugreek have switched and found it more effective and no smell associated!

Subject: Goat's Rue

Does anyone know what the recommended dosage is for Goat's Rue capsules to increase milk supply. I know what the tincture recs are, but can't find anything for capsules (the kind the mom bought are 475 mg/capsule).

Thanks for any replies.
