    I second Naomi:
       " Could you write this up as  a case study for JHL or some other 
journal  that doctors and other hcps  read? How can you begin to keep data on  
these things so that the trend  that is sure to come can be tracked  and written  
up."

    Send it to the obstetricial journal that this OB  was WAY COOL and ahead 
of the pack by encouraging the mother to bf on the table. 
    He liked having a smaller and harder uterus to work  on; it didn't bleed 
as much, and was easier to manipulate after a good  endogenous oxytocin surge.
    And his patients LOVE him.
    We have to bring the OBs in along with the  PEDS.
