I saw this as well. It was in the scene where "Elle"
is trying on wedding gowns.  Her costar "Paulette"
makes the breastfeeding comment.  I don't know
who's gasp of dismay was louder, mine or my
11yr. old daughter's.   Would letter writing now be
able to change things before this comes out in video
for everyone to buy?  Maybe they could insert it at
the end as a blooper.  Shaking my head,
