This is absolutely mind-boggling. Are you saying that new mothers, educated
about their ability to produce the very best milk for their babies, and
simply *not* given any breastmilk-substitute handouts, would knowingly feel
the pain of full, engorged breasts and simultaneously watch their babies
starve rather than breastfeed them?
I don't think so! I think this is a multi-billion dollar myth perpetuated
by the dairy industry to keep themselves in business. And one of the most
successful scams of the 20th century.
