I disagree that the possibility of a lawsuit will necessarily be bad.
Some of the stories I hear on Lactnet esp. from other medical
professionals are just appalling.  Right now, I would guess that most
HCPs are unaware that potential suits for breastfeeding malpractice are
lurking.
BTW, recently, here in NJ, USA, a court ruled that patients must be told
of  treatment alternatives, not just the one the HCP prefers.  I
personally think that is a good outcome.
