Hello,

I have a question, and was not able to access an
answer through the archives.

I have a mom who would like to use Fenugreek to
increase her supply.  She follows a kosher diet, so
the fenugreek I am familiar with (capsules) have
gelatin in them and are not an option.  I have located
at local health food store fenugreek extract (the
liquid form of the pill, according the the dietician
there).  Any thoughts you could share on using the
extract, and if it should be used, and in what dosage?
 I would appreciate any suggestions or information.
