Oh who on Lactnet does immunology?  I think his premise is wrong.  The 
baby's gut is wide open for transport of antibodies in the first few days - 
right?  That's why colostrum is "antibody soup."  Who has the creds to 
disagree with this person?  Thanks, Pat in SNJ
