I must admit I'm am so energized by our discussion here.  So many  
have made interesting comments.
I love that the discussion has brought up are we protecting mothering  
or breastfeeding and that many
have commented on that.  I also love that the discussion has  
mentioned informed choice and that we
are responsible for providing the education that allows the mother to  
be informed.  I show a video to my
prenatal moms at WIC that comes from Mississippi that has a grandma  
that states "I only wish someone would've told me, I think it would  
have made a great difference in the lives of MY children".  It makes  
me cry every time I show it..(I just slip out of the room  
temporarily) and it also makes me angry.  I come back in and
tell the group that that is why I am here...to tell them so they can  
make an informed choice.

Hmmmm mothering or breastfeeding..?
