Although BSC does not grant college degrees, the courses are approved for
college credit recommendations by the American Council on Education ACE/PONSI
program.  The LC courses carry recommendations for 15 semester hours at both
the undergraduate and graduate levels.  The graduate of the course takes the
recommendations to his or her own college admissions office and the college
determines if and how many credits it will accept.  If a student encounters
resistance at their college, administrators at the ACE/PONSI program will
help by contacting the school directly. This usually results in acceptance of
the recommendations.
