Dr. Brian Palmer is a KC dentist that has studied tongue tie.  Here is his

He will not do clippings because someone accused him of trying to use his
research to profit.  So he refers everyone on, but he will do an evaluation
if needed.  He is always collecting more data.

I have permission to post.  My sister-in-law had her baby last Monday and
both the Lactation consultant and pediatrician have diagnosed that baby is
tongue-tied and it needs to be clipped.  Of course the did not have anybody
to refer them to for the procedure as the ped will not do it.   So if
anybody in the Kansas City area knows  of a Doctor/Dentist that will clip
tongues please email my brother or his wife at their email address or you
can email me off list.
