Best wishes to all on Lactnet for a year when mothers and babies
continue to benefit from your care and your continually growing
understanding of how breastfeeding works - so that you can provide the
support *this* mother and *this* baby need.

Perhaps you can also inspire younger colleagues to begin their own
journeys towards becoming IBCLCs, or at least raising their evidence-based
skills in the workplace. We need to support the next generation of
breastfeeding professionals and mother-support group volunteers, and to
train our own replacements. None of us will be round for ever.

May 2016 be a year of good health for you and your families, too.
