Why can't the message be this:
These caregivers should not sleep with baby
- smokers
- medicated, sedated
- children
- others here delineated
For the above caregivers, these options exist
- side car arrangement
- whatever other ideas
For those who can safely co-sleep, follow these guidelines
- xyz
