Olive oil would be a better choice than butter! Other than breast compression during the feeding I don't think it is realistic to think she can increase fats in her milk by diet. Maybe an RD on list can tell if this is possible. Possibly the TT didn't stay apart after clipping and baby's suck just doesn't help transfer mom's milk.  I think a thorough exam of baby's mouth would be more helpful than a pre/post weight. Pat in SNJ
