Regarding Frothy Milk...think science folks.  The first milk is thick
and the bubbles are formed 'naturally' as the milk comes out of the
valves.  Just like a bubble wand...as the milk gets 'runnier' the
surface tension is no longer sufficient to allow for bubbling.  It is
interesting...I tell moms they are talented...
