I guess I think our responsibility is our client and HER comfort.  I can't
take responsibility for anyone with whom she may come in contact, and I guess I
don't think she should either.  She may be nursing very "comfortably" in her
own home, and her mother may tell her to go to her bedroom to do *that*.  Is it
our job to tell mothers to just not "whip it out" -- and is that going to be
different if we are in the U.S. vs in Norway vs. Guatemala?

What may be 'discreet' to me, may not be discreet enough for someone else,
and may be stifling to a third person.....
