I heard Dr. Jeanne Ballard (of ballard gestational Assessment scale fame)
speak last friday. She has such a study going on at the University of
Cincinnati Medical Center in Ohio, USA.

She is using Allison Hazelbaker's assessment tool along with some other
things and she is collecting data on babies that she has clipped and those
she did not.

Her work looks promising. If you need help locating Dr. Ballard...Email me
privately and I'll try to get  some info. for you.
