I have found that using the Medela Symphony pump helps a lot with 
stimulating let downs. What I have mom's do is when they notice the milk has 
stopped dripping, go back to the let-down mode of pumping. I instruct them to 
only pump for 15 minutes at a time. When we are trying to increase supply, I 
instruct them to pump every 2 hours while awake. Also check the size of the 
shield, sometime if you move to a larger size shield, you will get better milk 
flow.
