This couldn't possibly be a problem for breastfeeding.  First of all,
it is a normal enzyme that comes from the pancreas.  Secondly it would
not be absorbed into the mother's blood.  This is usually used only
for people who have pancreatic insufficiency (cystic fibrosis, chronic
pancreatitis).
