I work at a hospital. Currently I am working as a RN but hopefully in the next 3 weeks will be changing positions and working soley as an IBCLC. The pay is more for this new job. I have 9 years experience as an RN but only 1 year experience as an IBCLC. The hospital deliverys about 300 - 350 babies a month. I believe the pay raise is going to be around $2,000 - $5,000 more a year.
