In Response to your question #2: Being able to express some substance
from the nipple is not unusual at anytime regardless how long it has been
since weaning. I am involved in breast cancer screening and have done
clinical breast exams on nearly 2,000 women in the last 18 months and
have been able to express some discharge, clear or whitish, from probably
6 of 10 women. Many of these are women well past child-bearing age and
never nursed.
