Have you read the articles:

Kistin, N., D. Benton, et al. (1990). Breastfeeding rates among black urban
low-income women:effect of prenatal education. Pediatrics 86: 741-746.

Reifsnider, E. and D. Eckhart (1997). Prenatal breastfeeding education: Its
effects on breastfeeding among WIC participants. J Hum Lact 13: 121-125.

Both show that breastfeeding is more successful if mothers attend classes
