Regarding Patricia's reference to the Surgeon General's statement...I do
believe that was stated by the previous surgeon general, Antonia Novella,
and yes, she did say Lucky is the baby that is nursed until he/she is two
years old.  I believe I have the reference somewhere at home, but am not
home right now.
