Oh drat. Normally I'd let my sloppy editing go uncorrected, but here, the
omission of one syllable can make a real difference in meaning! I should
have typed "context" but only "text" showed up.

The CORRECTED version of the pertinent sections are below, and apologies
for "list clutterance." D- from the English Teacher today!.

ANY IBCLC (or other healthcare provider/HCP) can talk to
ANY mother about
ANY product or service
(even by brand name)
**in a one-on-one teaching or clinical context**
and meet HCP obligations under the Code ... and BFHI ... and under any
prevailing conflict-of-interest requirements.

As for the facility, clinic, office or other healthcare institution ...
I've said it before; I'll say it again:

ANY facility can use
ANY product or service
related to BFg support
**when acquired in an arms-length business transaction**
(for one-on-one teaching or clinical needs)
and meet HCP obligations under the Code ... BFHI ... and under any
prevailing conflict-of-interest requirements.
