A local LC without lactnet access asked me to post this:

This mother has possible reynaud's syndrome.  She complains of extreme breast
pain--not nipple pain--after breastfeeding, after eating and in cold weather.
 What advice do you have for this mom?  Was there a JHL article on this?  TIA
