I just wanted to thank those of you who suggested
having a file of thanks from families you've worked
with. I just got my first paper thank you today from
a bedrest/preemie family I worked with last spring-
and, oh was I touched!- and sat right down to set up
my new file of "thank yous". What a great idea! I
have a huge "folder" of email "thanks" but now I know
what to do with the paper ones. :-)
