We are looking for a chart listing the components or constituents of human
milk and comparing them to formula, specifically how much of each component
is present or absent. e.g breastmilk 3000 x the level of lysozyme than
found in formula.

We are aware of the beautiful chart in the back of Breastfeeding and Human
Lactation, (Riordan) comparing colostrum to mature milk....if this had a
third column for formula this would be what we need.

We are also aware of the chart by Stephanie Clark, PhD, Associate Professor
at Washington State University showing vitamin and mineral comparisons of
human, cow, goat and commercial infant formula,
www.saanendoah.com/compare.html

Any leads??
