Dear all - In the past I used to hear colostrum called "unripe milk" or "halav boser" in Hebrew :(.  These days I hear more of "first milk" or "halav rishon". I looked colostrum up in a language translator and discovered "birthmilk" or "halav leida" which I have never heard of.
