My client has just called with a decrease in milk supply. Baby is now 7
weeks old has been nursed exclusively on Breast milk. Mother has had
great supply until 2days now. Is a very active mom and must pump once a
day to leave milk for her baby. No new life changes, medications,or diet
changes . Says baby is nursing more often but still appears hungry she
would usually express with a double pump 4oz today only one ounce .
Encouraged to feed q2hours baby's output is normal. Will assess for  a
need in fenugreek ect Any Ideas? Thanks
