I was asked to compare the situation in the developed and devloping areas.  
As I chose the UK for the former, those of you in the USA, where practice is 
very different (as far as I can gather) may find that what you are reading 
about is two systems different than yours.  Although not in the title, I did 
include some discussion of breastfeeding.
