I've been out of town on vacation and am behind--WAY behind. I've had a
private post from Geoff (not Greg, BTW) that I've been meaning to put on
lactnet for him (as he is no longer subscribed). This was in response to
correspondance I had with him during the time that both Kathy A (happy
birthday!) and Kathy B were out of town. I have not had a chance to look at
the reference and am simply posting this for him. Sorry for the delay.
