Kathleen: Thank you for taking a stand yet again for good etiquette!
Whenever I feel discouraged on a tough day parenting my 4 children, I only
have to think of what it must be like to "parent" 1200 of us long distance
with total reliance on the written word! Way to go - you do a fine job of it!

In my time with Lactnet I've seen some subtle & not-so-subtle postings that
pick on the person with sarcasm rather than clarify the topic. I encourage
all of us to hold 24 hrs. before hitting the send button if the post's
purpose it to "correct" another's post, then reread it. It is amazing how
the "first thoughts" may spill onto the screen! There is always a way to
get the point across without tearing down another's character.
