    Hey, Elise.. I don't know if there is any synthetic prolactin to be had.
What I understand is that prolactin hides in human growth hormone, and is kept
there by prolactin inhibitory factor. When the placenta is delivered, and
progesterone and estrogen levels drop, prolactin inhibitory factor inibitor
inhibitor (try saying that fast 10 times in a row :-) lets prolactin escape from
the HGH.
