Hi My name is michal glass.  I work on a maternity floor in New Jersey. I am sitting for the IBCLC this monday.  I only just subscribed and did not think that I would have a question so soon.  Last night however I was taking care of a new mom (2nd baby) who has a lanolin allergy.  She asked me if there was anything out there that she could use on her nipples.  has a lot of discofort with her first son.  We discussed of course using colostrum and breast milk.  I have checked the archives and fond nothing or on the WWW. anyone out there have any ideas?

I look forward to being a part of this group I have enjoyed following the archives during my studies.
