    Send it to the obstetricial journal that this OB  was WAY COOL and ahead
of the pack by encouraging the mother to bf on the table. 
    He liked having a smaller and harder uterus to work  on; it didn't bleed
as much, and was easier to manipulate after a good  endogenous oxytocin
surge.
    And his patients LOVE him.
    We have to bring the OBs in along with the  PEDS.
