I was wondering if anyone has heard of a preparation called "Nipple
Nourish"? It is produced by a company called "That Glow Co, Inc." One of
the moms I was counseling on the phone told me she was using this for her
cracked nipples. She said she purchased it from her OB doctor's office. I
called them for more info and was told it contained the following: Cocoa
butter, canola oil, soybean oil, corn starch, shea butter, silica, almond
oil and hydrogenated coconut oil. There are no directions to wipe it off
before putting baby to breast. It's purpose, I was told was to prevent
sore, cracked nipples. (!) Before I speak to the doctor, I want something
concrete to hand him but can find no written info. Anyone heard of this or
have any resource for information? I always like to have some ammunition
before I go attack doctors. Thank you.
