You want to download from the ILCA website the 2005 Clinical Guidelines for
the Establishment of Exclusive Breastfeeding, with evidence-based support
for (amongst other things) BF in the first hour.

This is an important-enough resource that it is freely available to anyone
who visits the ILCA website (www.ilca.org; clikc Resources; click 2005
Clinical Guidelines). But aren't you impressed that the professional
organization of lactation consultants would do this? Show your esteem by
joining!
