Dear Lactnetters - I bought the LilyPadz for my daughter and daughter-in-law to try. Both have abundant milk supplies and both complain that they leak into the pads which make them difficult to use in public. They have to dump a pool of milk when they remove them to breastfeed. They have been careful to follow the instructions. They have very different breasts and nipples. Has anyone found this to happen? Both of them like the fact that they are fairly unseen under clothes. One pair of pads became "hard" before we thought they would. No mastitis though - thank goodness. Warmly, Toby Gish RN, IBCLC (Haifa, Israel)
