I am so sorry you are having to go through this time of uncertainty.

Babies only really get IgA from milk.  But whatever immunodeficiency your
baby might have, breastfeeding is likely to be somewhat protective, as there
are MANY protective components.

Immunoprotective factors generally increase the longer a mom
lactates...presumably because mother nature wants babies who are taking less
daily volume to continue to receive similar amounts of protection.

So--I would keep breastfeeding as long as possible.
