Hi,
We had the same problem when they moved our out-patient office (for the 4th
time).  Unfortunately, we were unable to get a sink put in the office.
However, there is a bathroom nearby which we utilize for handwashing.  It is
preferrable over hand sanitizer and is required before patient contact by
hospital procedure standards in our facility.  Good luck.
