As I recall, this is one of the uses the Nipplette was designed for.  It
consists of a tiny "cup" that fits over the nipple (or where it should be)
and has a small tube coming from it to which you attach a syringe, draw some
suction, and then leave the gizmo in place(without the syringe)  for a
comfortable period of time.  When they first came out, the rep claimed they
worked as well as surgery for cosmetic correction of flat or inverted
nipples.

I'm not sure who carries this gadget at this time.  Perhaps someone else on
the list can add that info.
