Has anyone done grant writing to fund a Lactation Consultant position??? I 
work at a large medical center with 2 hospitals, 2000 births, NICU and 
Level 2 Nursery, PICU, Pediatric Floor, and Pediatric Cardiac ICU. There 
are only 2 full-time Lactation Consultants and they are overwhelmed and 
have been for years. I am a staff nurse in the Neonatal ICU, IBCLC, and 
teach a Breastfeeding Class for NICU parents 2X/week. I help Moms, babies, 
and nurses when I can, but my primary job is as a Staff Nurse. Any thoughts 
on how to fund a Lactation Consultant position with grants or other
